New Appointment

The consultation fees are the same whether a face to face or virtual appointment.
Follow-Up Appointment
£250
Appointment duration: a standard new appointment is up to 30 minutes and follow-up appointment is up to 15 minutes. If you think you need an extended consultation, please let us know by prior arrangement.
Please note that these consultation fees are separate from:

Laboratory test costs (blood tests) - as per HCA costs

Radiology scan costs (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, DEXA) - as per HCA imaging department costs

Prescription costs - as per our pharmacy partner drug costs
Missed appointments/ cancellations: We understand that changes to appointment timings may be needed and will always do our best to accommodate such changes. Payment is requested at least 24 hours prior to the Consultation. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice however, the full fee is payable. For block bookings, a 10% non-refundable fee will be charged.
Self-Pay block booking packages: Available as indicated at the bottom of this page. If follow-up is needed, it is up to you to determine the frequency of appointments (close together or spread apart) but we have indicated the maximum interval below.

Private Medical Insurance
We are recognised by the main private medical insurance companies as listed below. If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer provider in advance of your appointment to check the terms of your policy. They may require a referral letter from a GP/ specialist.
International Patients: We will accept a 'letter of guarantee' from embassies, high commissions or international insurance companies. These should be received in advance of an appointment taking place.
